Comercial Importadora Gafa S.A. (Hereinafter "Sebago"), residing at home in Avda. Diagonal 349 Bis, 08037 Barcelona, ​​as owner of the website, informs you that these terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions of product sales which are made through this website (hereinafter "sebago.es" and "sebago.pt"). Please read all these terms and conditions before making any transaction. To know the conditions of use of the Website, read our Legal Notice.
Sebago may, at any time and without notice, amend these terms and conditions, and introduce new ones. The terms of each transaction will be those in effect at the time of executing those.


How to make an order:

  1. To order a product, you must be over fourteen and register through the registration form, to be filled in with the data requested.

  2. Once registered, you can start your session by entering the email address and password you provided on the registration form from the Website home page.

  3. To view the details of a particular product from our catalog, select the product family you want to view in the menu at the top of the home page and enter the product line you want. Once inside the selected menu, click on the image of the chosen product.

  4. On the product page you have chosen, you can choose how many products you want to purchase. To add the product to your shopping cart, click on the "add to basket". To verify the purchase, hover over and then drop down into "my basket" on the top of the page. The number of selected products, and the sum of the price of each, will be reflected in the top of the page.

  5. You can continue shopping until your shopping cart contains all the products you want to purchase up to a total amount of 3,000 euros. From this figure, Sebago will contact you to manage your purchase. Note that we work with a secured payment system. The system will ask for your CIP (Personal Identification Code) that your bank will provide.

  6. You can check your shopping cart at any time by hovering over the drop down "My Basket" on the top of the page, next to the number and price of the selected products and click on "View details". This takes you to the "My basket", where you can continue the process of purchase to order confirmation.

  7. Buying Process: After confirming your order, we will send you an email indicating your order number, description and quantity of the products ordered, the delivery and billing addresses and the total price.

    1. CART:

      1. In this section, you can increase or decrease the amount of products you wish to acquire, or dispose of the shopping cart.

      2. After making the changes you deem appropriate in your shopping cart, click "Update" to accept the changes.

      3. If you want to continue shopping, click "continue shopping".

    2. DELIVERY ADDRESS:

      1. In this section, you can change the billing address you provided at the time of registration and must indicate the delivery address of the order. If this is your first order, you must create a delivery address.

    3. SHIPPING METHOD:

      1. The terms of delivery are approximate maximum 48h except for orders placed on Fridays after 1PM, Saturdays and Sundays or holidays in which case your order will be processed on the first working day after the order date. Shipments are prepaid.

      2. Once you have accepted the shipping mode, press "Confirm". To return to the previous section, press "Back".

    4. PAYMENT GATEWAY:

      1. In this section, you can choose what Credit Card to make the payment with (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Dinner's Club or JCB) or, if desired, can be conducted either via PayPal.

      2. Once you have selected the payment method, click "Confirm". To return to the previous section, press "Back".

    5. ORDER CONFIRMATION:

      1. In this section we will show all your order details, including the total price to be paid. We recommend you to check that all the details are correct before definitively confirming your order. To change any of the data entered, return to the previous sections.

      2. If all data are correct and to confirm your order, click "Confirm".

  8. After confirming your order, we will send you an email indicating your order number, description and quantity of the products ordered, the delivery and billing addresses and the total price.

  9. If there is no stock you will be indicated before confirming your order.


Products shown on the website:

Our catalog features products from manufacturers that have agreed to Sebago distribution through the Website. The information available on the characteristics of the products is what their respective manufacturers provide to Sebago. Therefore, Sebago is not responsible for that information.
Sebago reserves the right to adjust prices, offers, products, and specifications of the products available through the Website at any time prior to acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale time.
The promotional offers are valid on the dates indicated on the website where its duration and the rules applicable to them will be specified.


Prices:

All prices and costs of this Website are in Euros. The product prices include value added tax (VAT), if any, apply appropriate.
In the event that prices have been lowered as part of a promotion, these prices are valid only for the duration of the promotion and will only apply to orders accepted within such period.

When ordering, you may choose to pay the purchases by credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Dinner's Club or JCB) or make payment via PayPal.
The cost and expense of the goods will be charged to your account when you confirm the order. Sebago process your order when the card issuer authorizes payment.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment for any reason, Sebago won't accept your order and therefore won't be responsible for the delay of delivery or non-delivery of the product. Sebago is not obliged to inform you of the reason for rejection.
Sebago, in order to ensure maximum safety of its customers, reserves the right to request, if deemed necessary precondition for the delivery of the order, a copy of the identity card of the purchaser for all payment by credit card.


Delivery:

The products purchased through the Web Site will be sent to all the Peninsula, Ceuta and Melilla, Canary and Balearic Islands and Portugal. The products will be delivered to the address specified in the order. Sebago is not to be liable for any errors in the delivery address.
While Sebago makes every effort to meet the deadlines, we assume no responsibility for deliveries outside term when they are due to external circumstances beyond our control.
Once you have received the products, you will be responsible for any damage or loss of data.


Cancellation and return:

You have a period of fourteen working days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product, provided that it has not been opened or used and retain their seal or original packaging untouched. You must tell Sebago, within the deadline, your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal. The return shipment must be delivered together with the delivery note on delivery. Sebago will refund the amounts paid by payment made to the card you purchase with the exception of expenses incurred in return were made.
You will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the return of defective products or other than those specified in your order. In these cases, Sebago reimburse shipping costs reasonable incurred.
If cancel orders or return products, please specify the reason for the return.


Customer obligations:

You must enable the delivery of the order requested by providing a delivery address where the order can be delivered within the usual time of delivery of goods. If your breach of this obligation, Sebago is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery of the order.

Applicable law and jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the Spanish law and the Spanish language. Unless expressly prohibited by law, to resolve all contentious issues arising out of the general, or on non-compliance, interpretation, resolution or validity of any provision of these terms and conditions, the parties, by agreement, submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts.
