SHIPPING

Where to get my order?
Receive it in the billing address or in an alternative address (home, work, etc.). Please define it during the purchasing process, before the payment confirmation.

Where do we ship?
All the articles published on the web are available for Spain and Portugal.



How soon will I get my order?
Delivery time for shipments is 24 hours (and exceptionally 48 hours). For purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or holiday the order will be processed on the first working day after the order date. For destinations such as Ceuta and Melilla, Canary and Balearic Islands and/or Portugal deadline is 48 hours.

Is the shipping cost included?
We ship our products by prepaid shipping to the entire Peninsula, Ceuta and Melilla, Canary and Balearic Islands and Portugal for those orders amount equal to or greater than 99 Euros. Taxes or freight costs due to the customs duties are not included.

How to track my order?
Once you place the order our system will send you several notifications via email with all the details of your sending. In case you need further information you can contact our Customer Service Department at (+34) 934 584 504.

What is the delivery process?
You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready at our warehouse. SEUR will shortly contact you to coordinate the delivery and inform you of all shipping details.


RETURNS

What should I do to return an item?
Returns must be processed by the customer through the following link: APPLY FOR A RETURN. For better monitoring and control, please send us an email to info@sebago.es with the reason for the return and the order code.

Is there any deadline to make a return?
Law provides a maximum period of 14 calendar days. In case the repayment period ends on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be extended until the first business day. This period starts to count from the day the request is received by the customer or the person indicated. In the case of transactions with services or online content, the deadline is counted from the following day of the purchasing.

Do I have to pay something for my return?
Properly handled returns are free and no shipping costs.

How will I receive my refund?
Once approved, you will receive the total amount of the refund in the same way you made your purchase (PayPal or Credit Card).

When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return you will receive an email confirming that the amount is being credited to your account using the same payment method that you used for ordering (PayPal or Credit Card). The items - as well as the case - must be in perfect conditions but also preserve the inner labels.

CHANGES

What should I do to change an item?
Changes must be processed by the customer through the following link: APPLY FOR A CHANGE. For better monitoring and control, please send us an email to info@sebago.es with the reason for the change and the order code.


How to proceed to receive the new size and/or product?
Once you have asked for a change please make a new order of the new size and/or product you want to receive at www.sebago.es. As always, and in parallel to the refund of your previous purchase, we will send you the new order as quickly as possible.
